A former wine enthusiast turned sober drinker, a health coach and the host of The Sober Summit.  I created this free virtual event to bring resources from the sober space together in one place to help educate others on the benefits of choosing an alcohol free life. 

My hope is that together we can help normalize sobriety and inspire people to live their best life, alcohol free. I hope this summit inspires you to make a change.
